At present, the organization has a dedicated team of permanent professionals, including qualified engineers, surveyors, CAD technicians, and field staff, who bring extensive technical experience and a commitment to precision and quality in every project undertaken.

Mr. Ghulam Rasool Mirza is the Managing Director and Chief Surveyor of Great Result Measurements and G.R. Mirza & Co. He holds a Diploma in Civil Engineering from the Government Technical College, Rasul, District Gujrat (1965), where he graduated with Distinction.

With over 40 years of professional experience in location surveying, topographic mapping, cartography, and computational analysis, Mr. Mirza has earned recognition as one of the leading experts in the field. He is registered under SS Category with the Survey of Pakistan (Registration No. SOP/181001).

In addition to his professional achievements, Mr. Mirza serves as a Training Coordinator for GNSS, Total Stations, Digital Levels, Post-Processing, and CAD Software applications. Under his supervision, over 1,000 surveyors have been trained on modern instruments and surveying software. His trainees include professionals from the Survey of Pakistan, Sindh Forest Department, and Revenue Department, many of whom are now successfully employed in Pakistan and the Middle East.
